GOAL:

• To establish the environment enabling the highest possible volume of real estate transactions in the quickest possible time with the greatest amount of services available to the real estate community.

PHILOSOPHY:

• The real estate seller should be able to list available properties in a free and open marketplace, immediately accessible to the greatest population of buyers, with the least possible selling expense related to the transaction.

• The real estate buyer should have access to the largest selection of currently available properties with direct access to the seller. The buyer should also have immediate access to all of the related services necessary to consummate the transaction.

• The transaction between buyer and seller should be unencumbered. Buyers and sellers will most effectively and efficiently represent their own best interests through direct negotiations between the principal parties.
